Welcome to the web sites of the law office of JUDr. Robert Foll, MBA.
Our law office provides complex and efficient law services “under one roof” according to our clients’ particular needs and requirements.
The law office was established in 2005. The aim of the firm is to provide professional law services for clients, especially to businesses. We specialise in providing legal services necessary for successful running of the clients’ companies and legal advice in other connected areas.
Our law services include: legal counsels and consultative meetings, drawing up of contracts, pleadings, analysis of any documents of a legal nature, client representation in the negotiations with the other parties, business partners or with administrative bodies, and at court proceedings. JUDr. Robert Foll, MBA also acts as an insolvency or a bankruptcy administrator, and as an administrator of enterprises.
A branch in Bratislava was established in 2007. Here we provide mainly legal advice for Slovakian businessmen who are interested in trading in the Czech Republic. We also offer legal aid with the recovery of debts from Slovak debtors.
Our aim in every case is to achieve client satisfaction with the results by provision of high-quality legal services at professional level. We also use all legal means to make sure that the client’s requirements are met in the shortest possible time. Individual approach to every client and absolute confidentiality of the information provided by the clients are guaranteed. All measures are taken only with the client’s consent.
